Who
is sent to my home?
A Handyman Project Manager will schedule an appointment
and visit the site prior to any work being performed.
The purpose for this appointment is to inspect the
property, discuss the repairs and options along with
creating a detailed materials list. Who does the work?
New Outlooks experienced Handymen and technicians
will arrive on time, with their own tools, in a clearly
marked New Outlooks service vehicle. They are fully
insured and have many years of experience and skill,
and will complete the agreed upon tasks in a timely
manner.

How
do I schedule the work in my home?
After the initial consultation and signing of the
agreement, the Handyman project manager will schedule
a specific date and time and arrange access to your
property at your convenience, to complete the agreed
upon tasks.

How
am I charged?
You will be charged $85 for the initial consultation
which is credited toward the services provided (if
the terms of your contract are accepted). We have
set, hourly rates for each tradesman such as carpenters,
electricians, plumbers and HVAC technicians. You will
receive a detailed contract to sign with a specific
list of your household projects and will be billed
for the amount of hours it takes to complete the tasks
along with any materials used for the projects.

How
am I billed?
Upon completion of the tasks, an invoice is presented
and payment is rendered. New Outlooks will accept
a check upon presentation of the invoice or payment
can be made with a credit card.
